Shout Out Rate Sheet and Forms
Favorite Player, Team or Coach
Show your favorite player,
team, or coach how much you support them by purchasing a “Shout Out” to
appear in the Park. This personal message can be handwritten
with original artwork or computer generated by using clip art or digital
photos. There are four different page sizes to choose from. To make it
even more convenient for you we’ve provided a few downloadable
templates. Just click the link next to the sizes. You can adjust any
of them to the size that you want or cut and paste your favorite clip
art to them. Prices are shown below. Due to strict time constraints in
producing the program ads cannot be accepted after Monday, 12-01-08, so
